About Tickets

  I purchased a ticket, but when I try to enter the paid area in VRChat, it says "Please purchase a ticket" and I can’t enter. What should I do?

  A

  This may happen if the VRChat account linked to the XR Marketplace is different from the account you are currently using in VRChat. Please check the following:
  
  - Make sure you are logged into VRChat using your VRChat account.
  - You might be logged in with a Steam account. If so, please log out from VRChat and log in again with the VRChat account linked to the XR Marketplace.
  - Check the XR Marketplace account linking page below to confirm that your current VRChat display name is linked.
  - If a different display name is shown (not the one you’re using in VRChat), please unlink the account on the linking page and then link the correct account.
  - After linking, verify that your current VRChat display name is updated on the page.
  - If you changed your display name in VRChat after linking, you need to re-link your information on XR Marketplace.
  
  Use the “Update” button on the linking page to refresh and confirm your current VRChat display name is shown.
